Yes it’s that time again – another Ottawa BarCamp – our third.
Another opportunity to meet the people behind the Ottawa Blogs & Podcasts you read and listen to – to talk technology, usability and mash a few applications into something completely new.
We’ve moved venues this time – to Carleton’s Tory building. Carleton is also ‘programming’ a stream on open source technologies and business models with help for enthusiastic professors and students in both the Technology Innovation Management graduate program and the Sprott School of Business.
Others have already jumped in and are organizing presentations on the “One Laptop/Child project”, “Cognative Wireless” and a bunch of there cool stuff. But there’s room for more – so don’t be shy.
Personally I’d love to see people talking about applications that link voice onto the web, and of course anything with community and media.
Interested? Head on over to the BarCampOttawa3 site and sign-up – it’s free and fun.
